MARGARITA's Assistant Gardeners Workshop visited the fields of Organization Earth for its first cultivation activities of the year!
As part of EQUALvet's curriculum the students learn both in theory and practice knowledge and skills relevant to taking care of green spaces. An Assistant Gardener should know the role of cultivation and harvest of different plants, ornamental or useful. During this vocational training the participants focussed on plants like peppers and eggplants and learnt about their cultivation, support to grow and how to harvest them.
More visits will follow to study other seasonal plants, like potatoes!
